Top fin XXL rock

Does anyone have one of these? Really like them and think it would look awesome as a center piece. But petsmart has them for 90 dollars!!!! Is top fun a petsmart only brand? Trying to f in nd it cheaper somewhere.

Yup it's only a PetSmart brand. You can try looking online for something similar. Anything at PetSmart is way over priced.

Agreed on Petsmart's prices.That price is outrageous for a piece of artificial rock decoration,check Ebay or Amazon.

I know a guy that will do my entire 125 with a 3d background for 200 dollars. I've seen his other work he's good too.

Yeah I just dont like the idea of that much weight and the caves on this one are cool. If I have a big monster tank I'd considered going real.

I find that some of the artificial pieces are done well enough to go in my tanks.I have two of the large driftwood stumps that I bought a few years ago....each one looks to be a bit bigger than the rock formation piece that is in question and they didn't cost nearly as much.

Do your rock shopping at your local rock yard or landscape company. I bought approx 200 lbs of show piece quality Texas Holey Rock for 20 cents - 25 cents per lb.
You'll have a vast selection of aquarium suitable rocks for sale at a fraction of Petsmarts prices.
Don't sweat the rock weight. As long as the aquarium is level and well supported, with a couple of inches of substrate, the bottom glass panel can handle an incredible amount of weight.
