We had a few tornado's touch down in Gladstone just north of Kansas City during the night. It all happened within a few blocks from my place. We went out this morning and got some inside photos.

I love tornadoes. They are just so awesome! I used to chase them while I was in Nebraska. Just amazing how much power they have!! Definately need to be respected though!
Honestly, I had a blast watching the storm roll thru town. It was by far the closest to the "inside/eye" of the tornado I've been. It was pretty crazy.
Yeah, I love storms. We are actually in a tornado warning right now. A tornado has been spotted on the ground about 10/15 miles away from us. Wanna go check it out, but with the sun going down, not worth the risk.

yea, eastern Ark got their a**es handed to them. luckily it broke up at the Ms river before it got here

We live right across the river close to Arkansas and we are gettin HAMMERED right now with rain and lightening. A transformer about three houses down got NAILED!!! LoL!! Its really really raining right now, seriously flooding every thing. Hasn't rained this hard in a while.
e just had one roll through my area this week. One of my friends was less than a mile away from it and got pictures.
I will be in KC this weekend.
