anyone have any torpedo cichlids, Taeniacara candidi? I am looking for some of them, but don't know much about them. What kind of group do they like to be in? 1f to 1m or 2f to 1m? they are from SA, general SA water conditions? water temp? anyone had them breed? and the the biggest question, PRICE!! i have been told that they are expensive, what is everyone else's experience on prices? thanks in advance!

thats a dwarf cichlid man, frankly I'd go to an apistogramma forum. But chances are they like acid pool, blackwater environs; dead leaves, etc. Pike cichlids to eat them.
oh yeah, hot water, males in harems, idk, I guess i'm just saying id treat it like an apisto if i couldn't find any info on the animal.
