Not TORTOISE, but Vicious Fish has some Eatern Box Turtles in an outdoor pen. Im sure seth will post those up pretty soon.

I don't use a pen. I just fenced in the whole yard. They have free range. Although come spring I am making a small fenced in area for my box turtle and wood turtles. But you will have to wait a few months for those pics (it's winter here)

Check out then link below. This style works for box turtles, but not for tortoises. They really should NOT be able to see through to the other side of the pen. Make sure you use solid walls instead of wire. Other then the wire fencing, you can construct one the same way.http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=102828
