Picked these guys up last week... will not touch frozen or pellet but Love they're crickets. The smaller, what I assume is a male, picks on a larger microlepis that I have in there already.

dude ive wanted blythiis for years very very very nice species of archer if you look on the internet some have even cooler markings like tribal tattoos. very nice pickup man.
Yeah I was sort of expecting them to look more like the ones I saw pics of on the internets... I bought them sight unseen, good thing too cause the guy I got them from sold all he had in 6 hours!

I Have had The same kind of Archer for about 6 months. He's an awesome top water fish! He sure does love those crickets, Sometimes I get him to eat meal worms or chopped up raw shrimp even bloodworms but he's picky. We got another one a few months ago that was only an inch long IN THE MAIL! I'm surprised they sold him to us so small for shipping but he's now more than twice his size and very healthy. Cool fish.. Right on!
