If they meet qualifications, they should have the awards.

They are qualified... But only if they are popular or liked enough to have enough "yeses" so they an have the award handed out to them..

sometimes they may not deserve the award.. or others may not agree. its more complicated than that.

Love Traces' excellent care and knowledge of the fish he has kept.
