Ran across these guys today at the lfs. 20'+clown knife for $59.99 and 11" chocolates for $49.99. The tfb were pretty nice as well.

Wow they're ALL really nice. Hopefully someone who can care for them properly grabs them up.
If the chocolates are still there on tuesday I may get them. Second tuesday of the month is buy one get one day. First Tuesday is trade in day, which is where these came from.
All these fish looked excellent, someone took good care of them for sure. There were also 4 or 5 brasiliensis about 6" or 7" in with the 2 chocolates. I was very surprised, after trade in day it is usually a bunch of rescues. Tattered, malnourished, diseased etc... the healthy ones are few and far between. I really hope somebody with some knowledge ends up with all those fish.
That sounds like an awesome LFS. I've got a couple decent ones, but nothing that offers that!
It really does appear someone cared well for those fish. Nice bright eyes and good color, and that's after the stress of scooping, moving and plopping in a LFS tank!
I am pretty grateful to have a decent lfs, and even purchase products that I can get elsewhere cheaper to help support local business. It is the only independent pet store in my area, so I would hate to see them go away.
