Trade name Bumble Bee Grouper( Can it be converted to fresh water)

I know you guys dnt like trade names. However I dnt know the Latin on this fish. I would like to know if the youtube videos i have seen are true. Can this fish be kept long term in fresh water? If so how does one do this? Would i look for a young one or get a well started juvie???
