Dewormed as soon as i got them 5 months ago. Treated for parasites as well just in case. Stress bars come out when i go up to the tank because they have no hiding spots in a bare bottom tank and they’re in a relatively loud environment. No signs of sickness since i got them. Poop is not stringy or white. Reason i’m trying to trade is because of the environment being relatively loud and has moderate to high activity around the tank and I don’t want to have them in such an environment. I just want them to have a better home than i can provide. 4 of them were from a previous owner who couldn’t take care them well so i decided to take care of them and even bought 2 more to make sure i have a good amount to maintain a good pecking order. I have come to realization that the environment being somewhat loud and active is not good for them.

Worms in discus = peppering and stress bars...lololol
so you don't think that intestinal parasites would cause distress in discus, which would cause signs of stress such as peppering and stress bars? or are stress bars and peppering signs of a healthy fish?

"Stress bars" as we call them can be seen in unhealthy fish, but also are seen in discus that are trying to conceal themselves. In times of aggression. Breeding activity along with age are more examples. Most discus people call them "mood bars". The ones here in this post with barring are turqs which barring is very common at this size. Some strains show barring, some don't with domestics. Peppering is also for concealing themselves in pigeon blood discus which the op has in what looks to be some kind of checkerboard and a possibly a red melon.
Nothing indicates worms here from the barring or peppering which you implied with your original post

They’ve been eating and doing well for the past 5-6 months. Without any flashing or signs of sickness. Poop comes out normal. My only reason for wanting to get rid of them is because the environment is relatively loud and i want them to have a better home. They have no hiding spots as this is a barebottom. They are always getting stress bars whenever i feed them, but go back to normal within a minute after walking away. I understand i should give them hiding spots, but digging around crevices and moving decor when i clean the tank stresses them A LOT more and for A LOT longer than when i just sweep the bottom and vaccum it all at once in less than 30 seconds. When i had decor and i had to clean the tank they would show stress bars for an hour or more. But with barebottom they return to normal within minutes after. Also they start fighting a lot more with decor causing excessive stress on a single fish.
