Trading In My Delhezi For A Marked One

I found out that Barbie at Aquatic Solutions, here in Spokane, WA will take my little unbanded delhz and trade me for a well makred bigger one.

That way I can put in with my big ones right away.

I only paid $35 for the unmarked one, and if I give him to her plus $5 she will give me her bigger one!!

definitely not a bad idea, but might not be completely necessary if they're from the same store and batch. make sure there's nothing noticeably wrong. You either have a really nice staff at your LFS or they're trying to get rid of this del they're trading you for, lol.

I got my Unbanded Delhezi from somewhere else. He is 3 inches and still has his outside gills.

Hers is a marked Delhezi, and almost 4/12 inches. Big enough to put in with 6 inchers.

So i took him down and she looked him over and we struck a deal.

Also she tests all her fish for parasites by scraping and quarentines them and such. And she'd had her Delhezi for awhile now too.

Barbie definitely knows her stuff, and has great fish. I got my del from her as well as my latest ornate. Although her forte is definitely in plecos.

Yeah she's great and so good to her fish! She scapes each one that comes in to make sure that it has no bugs!

She even cared enough about where her Delhz was going, to test my tank water for me and it was perfect straight across the board. So she was more than happy to trade me her delhz for my delhz.
