ohio
just wondering i know here in ohio someone cannot sell native fish without a licence but can aquarium enthuseist-sp trade with eachother. e.g. can bob trade his lm bass to joe for a channel cat? just wondering if anyone knew. thanks in advance

I would think trades would be ok. your not making profit so they have nothing to want a cut from.. in the end thats what its all about. uncle sam wants his cut.

Oh no, it sounds like some of my cynicism is starting to rub off on you. You are starting to sound like me now. I must say that I 100% approve this message!!!

im not sure if this is the correct place to ask but would anyone be interested in a trade...dunno exactly what i want so if so through some ideas at me.

Well, what do ya got you might want to trade?

You might have some luck trading the yellow bullhead. Not so much with the LMB. Most people collect their own, and there are populations of LMB over the entire country. Is there anything in particular your looking for? Some centrarchids, perch, gar, bowfin, esox? Most of my natives are tied up with my son now, but somethings are just a scoop away!
How big is the yellow bullhead? And are you positive of it's ID?

im pretty sure its a yellow bullhead i will take a pic and post it. my interest is in some small grass pickerel, or sauger/saugeye something in that department.
