Training my ngt

I have a 4 inch ngt , he loves mp , im tring to get him to take freshwater sardine as its the main diet of my other fish , its been 5 days ive been trying to take it but he just ignores it , what would be best , feed him a little mp and try again? Or go straight withouy mp?

or would it be better to add this 4 inch NGT into my other tank with 2 7 inch It's which already accept the frozen fish and prellets?

I would be happy he's on MP but I would transfer him to other tank where they all eat the same

I've found it impossible to get my 7" NGT onto pellets. He shares a tank with a couple of Indos who eat pellets but he doesn't even look at them. I've starved it for 3 months before but it still shows no interest. I've soaked the pellets in MP and bloodworm-you name it i tried it.

thanks All my tanks now are mainly on Frozen fish diet, I only feed mp on weekends.
