hey guys, so i bought a couple of srd from the fengshui guys and i was wondering if its usual for the transshipper to not reply to your email until the fish arrives.and when should you pay them?thanks

first, how much did you send him? and did he say when hes going to ship? if they dont reply after sending you money, then more then likely you got screwed..
no i didnt send it yet.the person wont reply to me.maybe busy?but the fish should be shipped to the us on sunday and im not sure if i should get it sent to that person because they arent replying.so i was wondering if thats usual
nah dont worry. Did it get sent to Julie? she'll email you when she recieves the fish. She'll let you know how much to pay her for shipping and when itll arrive. I think usually she ships it on wednesdays and it arrives thursday morning. Dont worry too much thats how I was when I first ordered from overseas lol but she'll email you back forsure

hey kyle or anybody else, does fedex leave the top at the door or does someone have to be at home?and do you think it'll still be alive if I get home to put the fh's in the tank at like 3 or 4pm?thanks again guys

I think someones gotta be home to pick it up if not then they'll just take the shipment back and forsure they wont make it.. Id be best to have someone home to get teh fish and put them in the tanks dont wanna risk it because when you recieve them they're already super stressed out
