trash picking at its finest

seen this on the side of the road for trash
figured i will throw it away if i cant fix it "lol" or dont want it

has 1 hole in the bottom and a small hole in the side,air line hose size
the bottom hole they used caulk and clear tape to try to patch it LOL

any guess how many gallons?
didnt measure,figured someone might know by the shape

my dad says they sell a part like that in plumbing lol

then replaced it with the smallest round pond lowes or homedepot sells,i seen it lol
