awww the giant threadfins , ive always wanted these , or at least the slightly smaller fw version in my tank. but all i've seen are the ever so fragile paradise threadfin

There are plenty of small fish in the river. I always catch them. I wonder they would survive in the tank !!!

Nice Threadfin mate one of my favorite fish to catch in the river, Though I am strictly catch and release. They are protandrous hermaphrodites and fish over 95 cm are breeding females.
No they would not survive in a tank and the minimum size is 60 cm.
