Treating ick and water changes HELP!

I dosed my tank with coppersafe around a week ago. Dosage is good for a month according to box. My question is, Do I forget water changes for a month????? This is a crowded tank, and bioload is big, so I usually change anywhere from 25% to 40% every week or every other week. But I would assume that changing out water will reduce my meds in tank. Dose again??? No water change for a month??? What???? Help! Thanks!

I would forget about using medications and keep doing water changes. Just make sure you gravel vac to pick up any fallen cysts (SP?) before they hatch. Ive cured ich many times without using meds or salt, higher temperature is your friend in this case.
