Treating parasites in HOT snakes?

My boss insists on getting in wild caught asian vine snakes all the time, and they always come in grumpy and full of parasites.

I'm wondering if anyone has any proven remedies for flushing parasites out of the snakes before I make the investment in getting some medication stock from the vet - these guys always end up eating mouthfuls of dirt to flush worms out within a week or two of being in the shop.

Regardless I don't like getting stung by them, and they don't necessarily have to bite down to inject some venom.
