Treating wild caught fish

I know it's good general practice to treat for internal parasites. I'm planning on doing it with parasite guard which contains metro and prazi.

The LFS said the fish was treated with one round of praziquantel.

Is that sufficient? Or will I still have to treat it?

It sure couldn't hurt.The first round of treatment might not have gotten everything.
