Trichromis salvini ‘Manatel”

Never heard of these. Is Manatel a catch location? If so how do the differ from other locations?

In Mexico there is a type, and color, design of Serapes and blankets that sort of mimics the colors of salvini.
Just guessing here, but it seems someone tagged that Manatel moniker onto the fish, as a color descriptor.
Where have you seen this?
