can anybody tell me how large my bluline trigger can be in my tank before i have to get rid of him? the tank is 63" long 23" high and 21" widh. He is the only one in the tank.

Probably forever if you dont have much rock and really good filtration. Im not 100% sure on how big they get but if its 12"-14" or so you will be fine. If its get much over that ide start thinking about getting rid of it.

blue line trigger will grow to 12 inches in very good conditions after a long time... usually triggerfishes will grow 1 to 2 inches per year with good maintance... do not overfeed, as all marine fishes, fatty liver would be a problem and will reduce lifespan fast...

be sure to feed him lots of shell-on srimp and a few hermits and clams and such to keep him beak from growing too much.
or am i thinking of puffers?
