Trigon is sick

Hi everyone. My Trigon is sick, the edge of his plate goes up and down like a sheet of paper. He started eating less and I'm afraid it will infect my entire tank. My tank is 150/60/60 + sump 140/50/50. I have automatic water changes, 70 kilo media and swirling media. In terms of fish, I have. I also have Abu Napha in the tank and Arowana and Oscars.
