My Trimac's spawned a couple of days ago and I need some advice on how to proceed.
They are in a 140 Gal with a Rafael cat and a Chineae algae eater.
The eggs are in a large terra cotta pot and the female seems to be the primary care giver, although the male keeps watch around the area.
I have bred anglefish before, so I know a little about this.
I was planning on removing the fry with a syphon and putting them in a ten gallon with a sponge filter. Feed them baby brine shimp. daily cleaning with a small tube & water changes.
When should I remove the fry?
Will the Trimac pair continue to spawn if kept together?
