trimac female 8/19/09

Her coloration is getting more intense, and she is around 6". Enjoy...





Ive noticed that she gets a bluish hue (that i was not able to capture)and the middle of some scale get a pearling. This mostly happens when she eats and sometimes at night. has anyone else ever seen this.

Gourgous Female trimac. Don't see enough of them these days.

Awesome looking, you're doing a nice job with her. I have 3 Trimacs in a 150, but I think they are being held back by the sagittae in there with them. The sagittae has a bit of a size edge, and the Trimacs have some bite marks on them and are growing slower. I would expect the Trimacs to pass the sagittae in size eventually, but the sagittae gets the most food at feeding time. Hopefully my Trimacs will come around and be more impressive some day.
