Trimac injury - what to use to help recovery?

I recently noticed what looked like a few scales removed from my trimac and didn't think much of it. I done a large water change hoping the would help the injury heel but it now seems to have got worse.

What could I do/use to help the fish recover?

He/she seems to be eating fine and generally acting fine but I don't want things to get any worse than they are now.

I’d try some triple sulfa and add some salt, 1 tsp per g.

I cant seem to get API triple sulpha in the UK. Are there any other internal bacteria meds you would recommend?

Looked at it online. Not sure what’s in it. Looks like methylene blue from the color.

Edit, did not read the getting worse part. That being said until you can get some meds keeping the water pristine well help.
