trimac or flowerhorn

Ok im sure this may be a stupid question. But i dont know that much about flowerhorns and i was looking at photos of trimacs today and noticed how similar they are in coloration. So other than waiting for the huge hump to grow, how else can you tell if its a flowerhorn instead of a trimac?

unless u have a really low grade ****ty flowerhorn it shouldn't look like a trimac

Basically...unless you're 100% sure it's a trimac it should be considered as a fh

Your not gonna "stumble" across real Amphilophus T. Aquisitions of Real Trimacs are never "what if's"...... Serious buyers know where to get real fish,and retailers of real trimacs make it real known that his fish are from pure lines.Unless you buy from a breeder/wild collector like Jeff Rapps,question ALL specimens.
