Right now; Trimac to me. Can't see any FH.
And why only one picture?

Back in the days some Trimac Hybrids may look like this when small but as they grow later, they might develope signs of being a hybrid..

And I had FHs just like this before.. Looked just like Trimacs. Im not sure wether they were pure Trimacs labeled as (fake) FHs or not

x2 many low grade FH can look like Trimac. The best way to know its not hybrid(FH) is to know where it came from.

Looks like a trimac. I dont think that is a flowerhorn at all

If your not positive on what it is, it is best to assume that it is a hybrid.
