My juvenile trimac is about 2 2.5 inches long. It must of hit the top of his head on some drift wood and has a scuff missing scales doesn’t look bad but the green has been scuffed off and looks a litttle white. Should I be concerned with this or is not to big of a deal. I have had this happen to other fish before and I just let it heal. Really like this fish could be stunner better safe than sorry so I thought I would ask. It’s been like this a couple weeks thought it would be healed by now. Imput appreciated thanks

Just keep the water in pristine condition should heal up.

it' the size of the white patch that bothers me. let me no if there is something else the water changes I should. thanks again

Thanks a lot for the info, will be sure to do a few more small water changes thru out the week.

I had a young fish bump his head, not this large, but a couple of scales...it headed quickly and scales grew back, but I could always tell where he bumped his head.
