Trinidad Home caught wolf fish

Just caught this little fella in a small pond near my house, hoping to raise him to adulthood. any suggestions for a first time wolf fish owner?

Looks like a mala. They are common in Trinidad. They require a 2 foot wide tank at least and 5 feet long should be good. That's the best size to keep ur mala happy. Not too picky with food. Looks like u got some current in the tank. This wolf don't like it too much current. If there's a dead spot it will hangout there. Will sit like a log at the bottom of the tank till feeding time.

Don't worry to much if it isn't a lot. My mala sits in the small current I have sometimes. But they're not accustomed to it say like aimara.
