After a lot of consideration, I decided to trade in my black ghost knife, 2 biggest clown loaches, pictus catfish and 2 senegal bichirs.
The BGK and clown loaches were just getting too large for my 55 gallon tank. Since I knew I'd probably have to get smaller fish I decided to trade in the pictus cat and bichirs......as they would definitely be able to eat smaller fish.
Here's what I got:
3 Botia kubotai - Polka Dot Loach
1 Synodontis Decorus
4 Skunk loaches
3 Schistura mahnerti - Red tail zebra sand loach
1 Electric Blue Jack Dempsey
1 Gold Nugget Pleco
12 Red Eye Tetras
Other tank inhabitants:
1 Rainbow Shark
1 Bristlenose Pleco
1 Clown Pleco
2 Clown Loaches
1 Common Angelfish
All the new fish are rather small at this point. I'm not sure how things are going to play out eventually with the loaches. I may have to thin some out.
