Trip to my LFS

Went to my LFS today to see what was new. They had some nice new stock. I was going to buy a black knife fish. When the clerk got it out of the tank we were looking at him and he had some white spots. It was a nice looking fish too. Of course I didn't buy it but the good thing is noone else can buy them until they have been treated.

Lesson learned= inspect all fish in the store before you purchase them. Could have been disasterous for my tank.

I did purchase a cpl of other fish from different tanks though pics to follow in the photo lounge

and that store is good enuff not to sell sick fish to other.

It's a great store Exotic Aquatics in parkville. I buy most of my fish there. I get alot of good info from them too.

good thing u seen the spots, but too bad it had the spots. oh well when they treat it maybe you can have them call you so you can go get it?

I also will vouche for that store! They always have a great stock. I got my motoro there and it was about 6 inches for 75 dollars.

dont forget to check ur bag to, i bought 2 pictus once from petsmart, little did i know there was either baby snails or eggs in with my catfish, about a week later i notice somthing on the wall of my tank, get a closer look its a snail, i focus in on everything, thousands of little snail on every available surface of my tank
