Triple DIY CO2 recipe/reactor?

Can I triple the standard DIY CO2 reactor size of 2 liters to be 6? And triple the recipe? I want to use one reactor for several tanks...

To an extent yes, but it is better to use smaller containers as the length of time won't change too much, but the output would. Several small containers will enable you to have a more constant supply.

I totally agree.. A larger reactor will just give you issues with tubing and connectors etc. and that is allot of work.
