Hey all, im wondering what the best live plant will be for Moori species. Currently i give them a herbivor blend but id like to try and incorporate something live and relatively hardy. Any suggestions?

Tropheus Feeding

Romaine lettuce? Seems to be the universal plant people use regardless of fish species salt or fresh. But it seems from a few people I have talked to that breed tropheus species they generally don't use any greens, just NLS pellets and a shrimp flake or pellet on occasion. The key being many smaller feedings as opposed to a couple larger feedings daily.
In their natural environment tropheus eat algae not plants. You would be better off feeding them some spirulina everyday.
thanks all. i am feeding spirulina flakes already. wasnt sure if there would be a decent "live" substitue.
