The Pacific Coast Cichlid Association is proud to announce our very own, Mr. Jim Ellenberger, a Master Breeder, a Honorary Life Member of the PCCA, a Cichlidae Communiqué's editor (the PCCA's award winning publication) , a long time ACA member and he currently has served as ACA Online Trading Post Editor, as our speaker on Nov 14, 2009.

Mr. Jim Elenberger has been keeping fish since he was in college at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo. His dad kept fish when he was a kid but he just watched them and didn't do anything with them. When he graduated in 1978, he moved back to the San Jose area and he still had, fish. When he got his first house, he also got his first big tank (60 gallon glass). After a while, he added a 125 gallon Plexiglas tank and he was hooked.

He was working for a company that made capital equipment for the Semiconductor industry. After the downturn hit, he found a 1200 square foot warehouse near the San Jose airport and moved in January 2, 2004. From there, he started http://www.mainlycichlids.com.

With his informative presentation, "Tropheus for Dummies," it will be a lot of information that he wants to share with us. Please join us on Nov 14, 2009, at 4400 StevensCreek Blvd, San Jose, CA 95129. For more information, please check out the PCCA web site at HTTP://WWW.CICHLIDWORLD.COM . :headbang2:nilly::mwave:
