Hey Guys, I picked up my tropheus on Thursday, there were supposed to be 16 but I only got 14 as 2 did not make the trip.
Then one died Friday (that one hadn't ate at the store in a few days)
Then one died Saturday, which was a surprise, as he was eating fine.
And now today, another one is on the verge of dying (the dominant male)

So what's going on?
All the parameters are good.

They look sort of beat up, could it be too little fish for a 90 gallon?

i had this same thing happen to me. lost a colony of 18 tropheus moorri. as soon as i put them in their new tank they started breeding within 15 min., then one by one they died off with about 12 hrs notice. now several months later i have one female that made it. even she was looking rough for a couple days in the begining. i never figured out what was going on.

use loads of salt for weeks and wean them off it when they seem to have recovered only feed em once a day

What are you feeding them?

Also, please post the specifics of the tank parameters.
