I'm buying a 150 off of a friend. He has it stocked with a mix of Tanganyikans, but I'll be putting my oscar and friends in the tank, so the Tangs need to be put in different tanks or be sold/given away. If I keep any of them, I'd like to keep the T. moorii Bemba Flames. I believe there are 5 of them.

So first, how would a group of just 5 do together? If just the 5 would be ok without killing each other off, what sized tank would they need?

It would be tough to keep them from killing each other. You will have to have them in a very rocky setup with TONS of hiding places so that they can get away from the aggression. A 55 would be preferred.

That's pretty much what I was thinking. I really wish I could keep my 75 set up right now ans just trade the fish, but I can't. With the exception of the Tropheus, I think the rest of the fish would fit just fine in the 75. I think I'll probably need to get rid of the Tropheus as well as most of the others. We'll probably take them to ACA with the rest of the fish my friend is selling
