Tropheus sp. ´Black´ and frontosa

How will this fishes go along?

someone got this fishes togheter?

Im gonna put more fish in my aquarium so i have 3 diffrents fishes i evaluate.

Tropheus sp. ´Black´, Tropheus moorii and Clown loach.

Tropheus need to be kept in groups of 12+ in a big tank (75G+) Frontosa need even more room and are social fish which means for them to thrive they need to be in groups as well. The Fronts are slow moving and the Tropheus are fast moving hungry hungry fish. I dont think it is a good combination at all.

Yes and no.... they will mix but both need different diets, frontosa are more carnivorous they need a higher protein content in their diet and will benefit from feedings of foods like prawn, mussle and earthworm whilst the torpheus need food higher in fibre such as spirulina and brineshrimp. Ive seen the mix on a few occasions and it does work but the tropheus can be a little too temperamental and acressive for the frontosa.
