Here's the situation, my male Leo's claspers started to grow and curl a couple of months ago, which im very happy about. The female has been so aggressive with her feeding and attitude toward's the only other tank mate they have, Harry a 18" RTG. She bit his tail the other day, not badly but you can tell she got him. Im starting to get a bit worried incase he fight's back. Have anyone of you guy's experienced this before?

Kev

i have fond if a fish gets caught buy a ray and lives it wont be foolish enought to get caught again

i have never seen an asian aro attach a ray thier is one set of pics of a ray that was attacked buy an aro but thats it i have never seen any other cases

that sucks i wouldnt really worry but you can always send me your leos so they dont hurt your arrow:naughty:

You never know waht a RTG will do, just keep an eye on him.

I had an aro that would bite the heck out of rays.. had to take him out. Hurt a few rays before i found out who it was.. I would keep and eye on on them.

in the wild big aros eat small rays and will also take chunks out of bigger ones and big rays eat small aros....everything eats everything else......so in your tank you have to keep them all very well fed and size matched so they can't eat each other

yup........, life is a ****** like that......;)
