I have a 265 gallon tank and i am relatively new at this hobby, i am having trouble with having a clean bottom. I have large pebbles for the floor, any suggestions?

a pyhton, but no matter how much u clean it, it will always be a little dirty.

What fish are in it? What filter and filter media are you using? Switch the large pebbles with a finer substrate. Larger ones tend to trap the debris making it difficult to clean them up. Do not let the debris get accumulated as once it binds, it can form anaerobic bacteria colony. Once disturbed, it can release hydrogen sulfide which can cause acute respiratory problems to your fish.

gravel vac and regular partial water changes...

if your extra picky remove the pebbles and go bare bottom and vac up anything as soon as you see it.
