he basically told me that he conneted three long but skinny cattle troughs into a U like shape. then the filter on the ends of the U. then he took coiled copper piping and a dorm style fridge and put the coil in the fridge and connected it to the trough and added a small pump to that. he said that it was hard to get the water to stay in a reasonable limit but once he had it it stayed there. he did that cause it was way cheaper than the cost of an actual chiller. he also said he added an insane amount of air stones to keep the oxygen high enough.
