Is there any blood parrot that is blue. not died but like in its genes. ive been searching and couldnt find any

Nope, the only "natural" variations i have found are the different tints of orange, and some with the permanent black splotches.
only ones i've seen are the silk/titanium crosses, but they really aren't like blue like your looking for.
