thanks for the quick replies guys at what size should I have to worry about housing it be itself? I have a 75g I hope to keep it in by itself for awhile when it gets too aggressive

Yes that is a RT, as for aggression depends, I had a 13inch male living in a 150G with a Jag the same size 2x 5inch JDs and 2x 5inch Dovii along with 4 pictus cats with-out any bother.

So how long you got untill it needs to move who can say.

Looks like a male to me, spangling on the fins are a dead give away, on females they are few, if any.
