True hystrix prices?

I'm planning on eventually getting a couple rays in the somewhat distant future, so until I have the space/money for a proper ray tank, I've been doing some research here and there on them. I'd like to eventually get one of the smallest species so they will have more space in the tank I plan on building for them. I think hystrix sound like they would be a good species to keep, but I've heard they can be a little more expensive. I've seen a few places selling hystrix, but I also often hear they are misidentified pretty often, so I don't really trust most of the prices I've seen.

Those of you will real hystrix or who have seen true hystrix for sale, how much did they cost?

I bought mine for $145 a piece, look for brazillian hystrix, not the "teacup" stuff

When they are available they usually go for around $150. True hystrix can be hard to come by sometimes.

Smaller ones (3-3.5") were $150 and the larger ones (6") were $ 225 when I bought mine.

Thanks guys, that doesn't sound too bad. Those are around the prices I've been seeing. It will still probably be a ways off, but hopefully when the time comes I can find some true hystrix

I live in Norway, and have bin looking for hystrix for a time, actually over a year and a half. Is there someone in here who knows how to get these beautifull rays, and also send to Norway?

Wildwoods in Essex have 2 in for £130 each, not sure if they have the facility to ship internattionally though
