I'm looking for people experienced in breeding the True Parrot Cichlid. I bought 2 around the 9-10 inch mark on friday, die my weekly water change on Saturday and things got lively yesterday. Chasing, mouth wrestling, the what would be the male nipping the female. However the true aggression of a dominant fish establishing his dominance or beating up a rival is missing. No flared gills or throat. Not shredded fins though there is some damage.
