Hey everyone. I usually don't post here but I have a question. I sometimes see people post that they have a true parrot. What actually is a true parrot. Aren't all parrots hybrids. Also, can't parrots be crosses between different types of fish and not just 2 types of fish? The Doctor.

The true Parrot is a south american cichlid.Here's a pic from tangled up in cichlids(with Jeffs permission)
True Parrots are also harder to find and more on the rare side compared to your typical parrot. They were just "recently" only introduced into the hobby...
