aren't they really hybrids??? I could be wrong at any rate they are flipping money for adult specimens.

All red Texas are hybrids. Fish pictured would be at least $250 but more than likely well over $500.

they sure are beautiful though. i bought something that was labeled as red texas cichlid that looks like a texas cichlid with a little bit of red on the breast.

i saw some red texas in a store on 65th st and 8th ave in brooklyn, there not like the one pictured but decent color and about 3-4 inches

I actually picked one up from that place and it is definitely not the same as the one in the picture.
