True union ball valves

Im in the process of ordering some but have seen this statement in the descriptions of a few

"Not for full flow. For full flow use one size up and reduce down"

The valves will be installed on 1.5 siohon and drain lines.
Can anyone recommend a good one ?

The price seems cheap on this one but if i have to move the next size up then its basically the same price as some others i've seen at the 1.5 inch size

any valve will constrict flow even in full open, they are talking a negligible amount of restriction typically. If flow is that important upsize the whole line.
