State of chaos
If you have a bunch of tanks in your room, try this at night, it's amazing! Walk around with a flashlight and shine it into every tank.

Here are my results:

Rafael Catfish, out and about
Clown Pleco, out and about
Flying Fox, schooling with Loaches
Yoyo Loaches, tightly schooling, which I never see during the day
Kenyan Sand Boa, out and about
Leopard Gecko eating
Green Anole, fast asleep on a vine (and cute as hell)
and tonight, Green Anole fast asleep and hanging upside down from the screen top of the tank. He's gonna have a baaaaad wake up if he looses his grip in his sleep:ROFL:

Heheh. I'm an insomniac so my fish kinda have to be (they're in the room with the computer and tv). I always found my JD more playful and personable at night, whereas with the tank light on or daytime w/o lights, he just wanted to hang out in his rock cave.

My bluegill only comes out at night with just the tv light on. I get to really appreciate him then and how big he has gotten since I got him. He doesn't like a flashlight on him tho lol

At night is the only time I can see my driftwood catfish. Otherwise he's wedged into a piece of driftwood (hence their name).

Which sucks, because he looks almost exactly like a little iridescent shark when he swims. And funnily enough, because he hides at the bottom all day I didn't realize he was a midwater swimmer until I finally caught him out one night.

Nocturnal animals are usually more active at night.

Well... yeah, exactly! It's amazing to see animals that are normally hidden during the day when you look around your fishroom at night:D

I only see my clown loaches during the night. When their hungry I see them during the day.

I do this every once in a while :) Night time is when my eel is really active. Also my MTS rise up from the sand at night.

pics please...
and yea i watch my fish at night to sometimes
