if you got him from a lfs ask them what he was eating there.......i had the same problem with mine when i got it i tried, beefheart/brine/and various pellets sinking and floating.......and he didnt take any of them so my lfs told me they feed freeze dried krill as soon as i dropped it in BAM......they were gone..........

at the lfs he was just brought in that same day i had bought him. currently his setup is in my growout tank very open 75 with a 8 inch oscar. no worries tho cuz the oscar is terrified of any other fish....btw im gonna head over 2 petco to go buy sum frozed krill

I use that reference to lots of room in the tnk, dude, do you have good heavy weighted lids on that tank?
