So Iam taking down my 120 in a month or 2, gonna down grade to anything from 100 gallon or less in the coming months.

Ive recently gotten the chance to order in Thorichthys ellioti, and I taught it would be good to hit up the central American biotope scene since Ive always only ever kept South American fishs.

Due to my lack of knowledge of many of the uncommon Central American species I would love to get some help on stocking.

if you had to keep a group of Thorichthys ellioti how many would you keep? How big of a tank? What tank mates (i.e characins, catfishs, inverts) would you put that are from the same biotope? Any and all help is greatly appreciatex

This thread read is a great read, it doesn’t have that specific fish biotope (I don’t believe) but you might find some information you are looking for?
Too bad stanzzz isn’t still around he would have been a great resource for you.

Might want to wait to connect to wifi, there’s a bunch of videos in that thread haha.

I can’t wait to see what you come up with. Wish I could help but I don’t keep biotope tanks yet
