i found to baby star fish for my 5 year old, he is refusing to bring them back to the water so how can i keep them?? do they need a tank with a filter??? i have no idea what they eat or neither less what to do with them. if any one has any ideas please email me- kornballz22@yahoo.com thank you so much

Your best bet would be to ask in the marine forum. It's not going to be cheap though, so I would suggest taking the star fish back to where you got it.
to MFK!I hope you get fast responses in this forum since the Setup and Filtration section is basically for freshwater.
not a good idea starfish are some what hard to keep they need live food to survive,dont mean to sound negative but just take it back to where u found it,better for the starfish
not good to take a starfish without having the proper set-up I would run a search on yahoo for setting up a saltwater tank or buy a book at your LFS
